Psychological Issues

Now listen up boys and girls, I'm no shrink nor do I claim to be, but it doesn't take superior analytical skills to detect that an awful lot of the chatters that frequent Islam Chat Ten are seriously psychotic. So for the sociopaths, psychos and freaky tards I would like to offer you some help. Oh and my thanks goes out to the neurotics, at least they arn't pests.

This also goes out to all the freaks who are ranting on at me about counteza777. God only knows how she possessed your small feeble minds so thouroughly or more perplexing WHY she bothered but here's my suggestion for you nuts. Firstly - write her a letter. You don't need to be Sherlock to access her homepage or email, it's on her real profile. If letter writing is beyond your 'tard capabilities PM her real ID saying "fuck you cuntessa" , "burn witch, burn bitch burn" or whatever it is that you desire to communicate. I managed to get through so maybe you will too. Third option is quite fun, DO try it...you can put little pins in her and burn her legs off or whatever you like....check this out it's great fun, knock yourselves out...

GOD: "How often do you turn on the TV during the day? How much time during the day or week do you watch TV? Today, God wants to talk about turning on to God and tuning into God. If only a small portion of the day that you spend watching TV were spent tuning into Me, what a wonderful life you would have. Do you silence the mind? Are there times that you just be? Do you take the time to feel My Essence and know I am with you and in your life? So, if you were to calculate the many hours that you spend each year in front of your TV or computer, what would that look like? I would like you to think about that today. I am only asking for minutes in each day for you to sit, silence your mind and feel My Presence. In just those few minutes a day, you will gain more than anything you have ever gained from your TV or your computer. So, what does that mean - tuning into God? It's interesting. You don't even have to turn a dial. You don't even have to press a button. All you have got to do is sit somewhere, close your eyes and just let your thoughts leave your mind and just feel the peace, feel how good it feels not to have to do anything, not to have to watch anything - just doing nothing. If thoughts come into your mind, then just let them go - pass your thoughts and just feel what it is to know the peace that God is about. Tuning into me is like regenerating your cells, helping your health, letting you have the time to recoup. All of the activities that you do in a day will not mean as much as the time you take to be with Me. You may call it what you like - meditation. What it is is freeing your mind, your thoughts and the busy-ness of your activities to just find the Presence of God. If you are a person who enjoys being out in nature, find a place to go. Just sit and look at all of the trees, the plants, the birds, the flowers, the grass, and just feel the calmness, the peacefulness. Just stop your activity, and be wherever it is and in whatever it is that gets you to that point. This is not something that I want you to do just on Sunday. Don't think that just by going to a building - a church, a synagogue, a mosque - that that's enough. That is not what God is talking about. I am talking about a state of mind that I wish for you every day so that you can know what it is to have Me in your life. For, I wish for each of you the peace,the joy, the happiness, the laughter and the love that will make your life truly what God wishes each and every day."

Can you relate to this poem?

I got up this morning, but haven't yet dressed. My dishes aren't done, and my house is a mess. Have not done my work, have not fed the cat, Just on line for a second, and popped in to "chat". I used to watch TV, I used to cook Mex, I think I remember...yeah, I used to have SEX! I used to walk upright, now roll on my chair, Tho' it causes the neighborhood children to stare. I wanted to travel around on the Net, Been too busy chatting to get on there yet. I wanted to spreadsheet, word process, or paint, But gettin' on with them is just what I ain't! So much to learn and I wanted to but I'm too busy chatting and splitting a gut, Talkin' and listenin'...is it such a sin? Oh, gawd, what a fix I have got myself in! Then up pops a name on my neat Buddy List, Think I'll go out and give HIS tail a twist! And in comes an IM from some weirdo guy I cuss 'im, insult 'im, and tell him "bye bye". Is there a 12 step, support group, or such? For those of us folks who chat on too much? If there was a group, I would like it just fine, Except that it prob'ly would be here online! Are there therapists here? I think that I saw some Its got me, its got me, its power is AWESOME. It's my new computer, I've had it one week, Now I look in the mirror and I see a "geek". Or maybe a geekess, but I see the signs, Please help me, please help me, please get me offline! Or better, please Email a burger and fries, 'Cause I'm staying ONLINE, at least 'til I die!!!

Steps to help you remember your dreams

1. Get a journal.2. Affirm to yourself, 3x a day, 'Tomorrow morning I will remember my dreams.' Write it in your journal too at bedtime! 3. Remain in bed and in the same position you woke up in. Let the dream come back to you before your mind wanders onto something else. 4. Think about your previous day. 5. Drink a glass of water at bedtime. By step 4 you should be well on your way to better dream recall. Step 5 is insurance. Ha!Be consistent with all of these steps and, within a week, your dream recall muscle will be nice and strong!!! You'll be amazed at how much goes on in your mind while you're sleeping. And even more than that, you'll be amazed at how much wisdom awaits you in your dreams.
